Handyman On Call is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep facilities operating efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, inspect for damages, and document service history.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, a team player, and capable of solving problems with a proactive mindset. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, on-call availability nights and weekends, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems preferred.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment operating efficiently and minimize safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
