Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to paint and repair apartment units after move-outs, prep units for turns, and perform light trades such as plumbing and electrical tasks.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch; starting pay is $22 per hour with full benefits, Day 1 eligibility, a 401(k) match, paid vacation, and opportunities for HVAC and CPO training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be okay with being on-call 1-2 weeks out of the month.
• Must be responsible and able to work independently.
• Committed to producing consistent, quality work.

Responsibilities

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (i.e., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Work orders – Including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings.
• Valet trash services.
• Cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades.
• Day 1 benefits (no waiting period).

Job description

This is a Full Time Position - GUARANTEED 40 HOURS - DAY SHIFT

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with an hour lunch break.

Full-time: Starting at $22/hr (based on skills)

Job Duties Include:

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (i.e., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Work orders – Including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings.
