Job summary

The Connor Group in Denver is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform apartment turnover, repairs, and general maintenance across properties. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a customer-focused approach.

The position involves a guaranteed 40-hour work week with an on-call rotation for nights and weekends. Benefits include day-one medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and opportunities for HVAC and CPO

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paint and repair apartment units after turnover.
• Prep units prior to turn (trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Handle work orders including appliance repair, minor plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and buildings.
• Provide valet trash services.
• Perform cabinet, appliance, and cosmetic upgrades.

This is a Full Time Position - GUARANTEED 40 HOURS

Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with an hour lunch break.

(Weekend availability) Rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends (emergency calls only)

$20 /hr

Job Duties Include

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (i.e., trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Work orders - Including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenities, common areas, and apartment buildings.
• Valet trash services.
• Cabinet, appliance, and other cosmetic upgrades.
