Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a permanent, on-site role in Milwaukee, WI. You will perform general building, grounds, and machinery maintenance to support uninterrupted production and work with management to develop a Total Productive Maintenance system.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description

Perform general building, grounds, and machine maintenance in accordance with company policies and procedures. Accountable for the reliability of the building and equipment required to achieve uninterrupted production in the facility. Responsible for new installation and environmental concerns regarding the plant and the property as a whole. Responsible for overseeing the work of outside contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations of the facility. Responsible for working closely with management and developing a Total Productive Maintenance System that is sustainable and auditable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building, grounds, and machinery.

• Ensure the reliability of the building and equipment for uninterrupted production.

• Oversee new installations and manage environmental concerns of the plant.

• Supervise outside contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Work Environment

Work on a flexible 1st shift schedule from 6am-2:30pm in a well-lit and open facility. The work environment includes Bay 1 for large-form contract machining and Bay 2 featuring Haas cells with vertical mills and horizontal lathes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
