Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Milwaukee, WI & Surrounding Areas
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour + (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
We are currently hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians to support operations at various facilities in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment and building systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC issues

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards

• Collaborate with other departments and vendors as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar trade

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to different job sites (if needed)

• Willingness to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  (Shift times may vary slightly by location)

Pay:

• $19.00+/hour – Pay based on experience (BOE)
