The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hospitality settings, hands-on HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Light carpentry and painting knowledge.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements; read/write English.

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
