Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our hotel/resort operations. You will maintain, repair, and install mechanical and electrical systems while managing preventive maintenance schedules to uphold safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in similar environments, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in hotel/resort maintenance environment.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, as well as managing preventive maintenance schedules.
