Job summary

INNOMARK Communications, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Miamisburg, OH. The role focuses on the upkeep of the facility and all equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems used in our manufacturing environment.

You will interact with plant management to report status and address safety concerns. Key duties include preventive maintenance, repairs on manufacturing equipment, and ensuring reliable operation of lithographic printing presses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. and vocational/technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility/equipment maintenance with good understanding of equipment mechanics and electricity.
• Experience with repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of lithographic printing presses.
• Ability to read blueprints and have experience with PLC’s.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and all equipment to ensure proper operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Monitors the status of facility and manufacturing equipment and reports to plant management.
• Advises plant management of potential safety issues in the facility and grounds.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, as required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and all equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensures the proper operation of mechanical and electrical systems for the facility and its grounds.
• Ensures the proper operation of all manufacturing equipment.
• Regularly communicates with plant management regarding the status of the facility’s/grounds’ systems and the operational condition of manufacturing equipment.
• Advises plant management regarding any potential safety issues in the facility or within its grounds.
• Performs any regular or preventative maintenance on equipment which cannot be performed by the operator.
• Performs any mechanical or electrical repair needed for the facility, grounds, or equipment.
• Performs any other duties, as required, to assist the company in achieving its goals and objectives.

PERSONAL POSITION ATTRIBUTES:

Must be a self-motivator and team participant. Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, over long, and often odd hours. Ability to interact with all personnel at all levels.
