Flow is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keeps apartment homes and facilities safe and functional. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, and follow preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance and high resident service.
Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, conducting inspections, managing supplies, and assisting with contractor coordination under the Facilities Manager’s guidance. Fluency in English is expected; Spanish a plus.

The Maintenance Technician ensures apartment homes and property facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order. Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, performing general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and locks, and following a preventative maintenance schedule. The role also includes ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards, providing excellent service to residents, and supervising or escorting contractors as directed by the Facilities Manager.
