Principal Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work across the facility.
- Document all work and conditions using maintenance software.
- Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair electrical components and systems, including low voltage automation, medium voltage motor control, and high voltage systems.
- Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Repair equipment near explosives with safety precautions.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without accommodations.
- Ability to work at heights (4 feet and above).
- Ability to work in varied conditions including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, using PPE.
- At least one year of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems (low, medium, or high voltage).
- Ability to work underground in a mining environment.
- Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, with notice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other CMMS.
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain.
- Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Predictive or Precision Maintenance Certifications.
- Experience with high voltage systems.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
