Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, sensors, or automated material-handling equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, pumps, and other material-handling equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Use hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will help keep facility equipment and automated systems operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, pumps, and other material-handling equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts
• Work closely with operations and production teams to address equipment issues
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support and share technical knowledge with other maintenance team members

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or similar environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with conveyors, motors, sensors, or automated material-handling equipment
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

Preferred Experience

• PLC troubleshooting experience, particularly Allen-Bradley or Siemens
• CMMS/work order experience
• Welding or fabrication
• Experience with automated warehouse or material-handling systems
• Technical certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, crouch, kneel, climb, and work around equipment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work around moving machinery and industrial equipment
• Work at heights when required
• Wear required PPE

Schedule

Tuesday - Thursday

2:00 PM - 12:30 AM

This is a consistent schedule with three scheduled workdays per week, with overtime or additional hours potentially available based on operational needs.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

This position starts as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent Nike position based on performance, attendance, business needs, and other applicable requirements.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
