The ideal candidate will perform maintenance on diverse equipment, read schematics, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while collaborating with the production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience with plant and equipment maintenance required.
• Valid driver license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to assess problems.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently.
• Support day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Interact with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  
• Utilize ohmmeters, logic controllers, and other diagnostic tools to assess problems
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Familiarity with logic controllers and diagnostic tools a plus
• Experience with day to day operations in a fabrication/welding/machining/manufacturing environment
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors
