Job description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations and equipment maintenance. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Job Details

• Job Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: McCalla, AL
• Pay Range: $26.50/hr. - $31.30/hr. (depending on experience)
• Shifts Available: 3:00pm – 11:30pm OR 11:00pm – 7:30am

What’s the Job?

• PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting (including Ladder logic)
• Perform & diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs
• Advanced electrical and blueprint schematic reading
• Integrated circuit troubleshooting
• Assist with pneumatic circuit design
• Size motor starters and overloads for applications
• General knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprint schematic reading
• Troubleshoot basic control circuits
• Use of basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, milling machines)

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Industrial maintenance
• Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing Plastics Injection systems
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Overhead crane and forklift experience
• Vocational or Technical Degree preferred
