About the Role

Real Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure residents enjoy a well‑maintained living environment. The role involves maintaining a range of property systems and facilities, performing repairs, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Conduct light groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, and pool maintenance.
• Handle trash and large object disposal.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally, treating residents with courtesy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance resident satisfaction and owner value.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and service.
• Hands‑on experience in maintenance or related trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry).
• Good troubleshooting ability and patience when interacting with customers and team members.

Benefits & Pay

Base pay: $20–$25 per hour plus a 10% incentive based on billable hours.

• 40 hours PTO per calendar year, accruing 1.67 hours per pay period after the first day of full‑time employment.
