Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Madison, WI is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a heavy manufacturing facility. This hands-on role focuses on keeping production equipment operating through electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs across multiple shifts.

You will troubleshoot motors, VFDs, hydraulics, read schematics, and support continuous production. Overtime opportunities are strong with 1.5x weekdays and higher for Sundays/holidays; 2x on Sundays, 3x

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; 480V experience preferred.
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• PLC, robotics, automation, VFD, or CNC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Technical degree is helpful but not required with strong hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose motors, sensors, VFDs, controls, and other industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
