Job summary

Inova Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Macedonia. The role focuses on equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across the plant.

Shifts available: 1st 7am-3pm and 2nd 3pm-11pm; this is a direct hire. Candidate must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work overtime or weekends as production requires.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge across 5V DC to 480V 3-phase.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with PLC software RS5/RS500 or similar.
• Exposure to robotics or automated manufacturing is a plus.
• Die casting or foundry experience beneficial but not required.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when production requires.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Handle electrical and plumbing work as needed
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and robotic equipment (ABB, Motoman, or Rimrock experience a plus)
• Assist with continuous improvement and support other departments when required

We’ re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment in Macedonia. The right person will take ownership of equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across the plant. This is a 1st or 2nd shift direct hire position. 1st shift: 7am-3pm 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and plant systems
• Diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Handle electrical and plumbing work as needed
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and robotic equipment (ABB, Motoman, or Rimrock experience a plus)
