Job summary

The Caleb Group in Lowell, MA is seeking a hands-on and energetic maintenance worker to join our team. You will assist in ongoing upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds, and you must be organized, self-motivated, dependable with a proven track record of results.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, grounds keeping, painting interiors, minor repairs, snow removal, and on-call coverage. Salary ranges from $25 to $28 per hour with full benefits and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform any task required (janitorial, gardening, etc.).
• Familiarity with maintenance software, including Yardi Mobile.
• Good work safety habits.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse range of people, Spanish speaking a plus!

Responsibilities
