Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in an industrial environment. You will maintain and repair essential equipment, perform routine inspections, and help keep facilities running safely and efficiently across two warehouse locations.

The role requires basic electrical and computer knowledge, a valid driver's license or TWIC as needed, and the ability to pass drug screens and background checks. On-site attendance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic plant electrical knowledge (220-480 volt) required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams if required.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience and following procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs across two warehouse locations, covering plumbing, HVAC filters, lighting, and structural issues like door and dock repairs.
• Execute specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion equipment, grinder, and wash line.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex 3-phase (480/240v) and single-phase electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in screw conveyors, motors, gear boxes, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic components.
• Collaborate with supervisors and personnel to resolve issues quickly.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support plant operations
