Job summary

Shea Properties in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Maintenance (Service) Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance at our apartment community. You will handle general repairs and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, masonry and more.

You will troubleshoot building issues, maintain grounds and pool, manage trash and curb appeal, and interact with residents with strong customer service while following safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

Description

The Maintenance (Service) Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. The Maintenance (Service) Technician performs general and preventative maintenance repairs. They perform specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, masonry and other general maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Perform maintenance related tasks.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate hand tools.
• Knowledge of Safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and be able to create and close out work orders preferred.
