As the Maintenance Technician Lead, you’ll help ensure the safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Responsibilities include:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and works well both independently and with a team.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment
Injection molding experience is a plus
HVAC, electrical, or maintenance certifications are a plus
Strong attention to safety and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks
