Job summary

The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our Largo, MD community of 284 apartment homes.

You will perform preventative maintenance, resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, complete turnover repairs, and keep the property safe and clean while delivering excellent resident service. Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance preferred (1-2 years preferred).
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency preferred but not required in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
• Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs.

FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 284 apartment homes in Largo, MD. You will assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community by always providing a quality living environment for our residents.

As a Maintenance Technician (MT), your primary responsibilities include:

• Showing care and concern for our residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Preserving the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and ground maintenance
