Job summary

Renuity in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our CNC and automated production equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair components to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CNC maintenance experience, reads blueprints, and is proficient with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Maintenance Technician - Up to $28/hour

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep our manufacturing facility running by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines and automated production equipment.

CNC maintenance experience is required. This is not a general facilities maintenance position. We're looking for technicians with hands‑on experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
