FirstService Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate to support operations across our properties. You will help keep mechanical systems, equipment, and common areas in excellent, disinfected condition while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities include inspections, repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting, and assisting with general maintenance tasks. The role requires good customer service and teamwork, with a schedule of Sunday to Thursday,
As a maintenance technician associate, you are a pillar supporting the operation at our properties. The team ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment at the buildingare operational and properly maintained. Additionally, our team members are attentive and diligently work to ensure that all common areas are maintained inboth an aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
Sunday - Thursday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
