Puunoa Beach Estates Maui, an exclusive ocean-front property, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join a small team dedicated to guest and homeowner experiences. The role emphasizes timely maintenance, safety, and upkeep at CoralTree Hospitality-managed residences.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, with strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs.
• Ability to safely use tools and materials to perform repair tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to manage projects and priorities with diverse timelines.
• Experience in problem solving, investigation, and research.
• Proactive approach to problem resolution.
• Capable of working independently or with minimal supervision.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.13

Qualifications

• Preferred skill set and experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
