Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our La Vergne, TN facility, on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, belt drives, and automation components to keep production on schedule.

Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors up to 25% of the time, on elevated conveyors and hoppers, and able to meet cleanliness standards in a FDA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in mechanical repair of gearboxes, motors, and belt drives.
• Experience working with conveyors and automation equipment is needed.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance to support production quotas.

Location:La Vergne, TN 37086Hire type:Full-TimeShift:2nd / 3rd shiftPay Range:$32-$35 /hr- Multi-craft maintenanceIndustrial equipment troubleshooting is a huge plusConveyors, automation equipment,Comfortable working around PLCs (AB), Automation equipment, VFDs, and Fanuc Robots25% of work is done outside from heights due to outside conveyors and hoppers.Mechanical repair of gearboxes, motors, and belt drivesWorking with newer production team and keeping machines up. Run time is longer so ability to perform working PMs to keep up with production quotaEnvironment is very similar to an industrial barn setting.Well ventilated and fairly clean environment. Mostly dusty due to dry food production.No oil or liquids on the ground. They are FDA regulated so they do have cleanliness standards to meet.Some work is performed outside at heights on conveyors, motors, and hoppers feeding into the mill.
