Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining the Camp-Resort’s facilities, structures, and utilities, ensuring they are in top condition. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position reporting to the Facilities Manager. It is an entry-level role in the Maintenance Technician series, with duties involving installation, modification, design, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and facilities under close supervision.

Responsibilities

1. General Duties:
   • Monitor and maintain property, facilities, and equipment condition
   • Respond promptly to maintenance requests
   • Assist in planning and executing projects
   • Troubleshoot and perform entry-level repair/maintenance tasks including:
   • Carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing repairs
2. Administrative Duties:
   • Update Facilities Manager on repairs and projects
   • Maintain service records
   • Follow safety procedures and complete documentation
3. Other Duties:
   • Comply with safety regulations
   • Participate in assigned projects and activities

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in trades
• Trade certifications/licenses preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Work nights, weekends, holidays
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 80 lbs
• Move throughout the park, climb, bend, crawl
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
