Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial/industrial maintenance.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; safety first.
• Ability to read technical materials, schematics and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with emergency response procedures.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance systems.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
