Job summary

ATZ CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLC is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team as a Maintenance Technician for our fleet of field office trailers. You will perform residential and light commercial maintenance including carpentry, light electrical repairs, plumbing, flooring, and installing new equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance.
• Must pass company drug testing and adhere to company policies
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA).
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry.
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (15) feet with the use of a ladder.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, such as painting, replacing floor tiles, light fixtures, doors, windows and other items.
• Perform full refurb if necessary including siding, framing, pluming, electrical, wall panels, roofing, and insulation
• Repair/Maintain machines and equipment such as trailers and generators
• Ensures all trailers are ready and in good condition before delivery date, direct mobilization activities.
• Work directly with maintenance manager perform tasks efficiently.
