Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production by ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support CMMS usage.

The position requires 24-hour call-out, shifts, and weekend work, with standing, stair climbing, and high‑area work. Our benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, plus paid vacation and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform 24-hour call-out, shifts, and weekend work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and work in high-up areas.
• Proven safety experience with LOTO or other relevant practices.
• 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Millwright skills, welding and machining experience preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and understand detailed repair & instruction manuals and use CMMS.

Compensation:

$33.84 - $41.07 an hour

Job Responsibilities
