Complete Metal Finishing in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on process equipment and support facility operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with plumbing and basic carpentry, and the stamina to work in indoor and outdoor environments. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work under varied conditions.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining equipment and facilities, including plumbing, basic installation and repairs.
• Skills in construction and general carpentry (replacing doors, wall repair, cabinets, etc.).
• Willingness to accept instruction and implement directives with minimal supervision.
• Requires physical stamina and energy under conditions of heights, inclement weather and other environmental conditions.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs.
• Work environment varies between inside building activities and outside.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Performs facility maintenance and repairs - work involves general carpentry, servicing, repairing and installing plumbing, electrical, heating systems, etc.
• Use maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain maintenance logs accurately and timely.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment and performing duties.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Safely operate a variety of tools.
• Willing and able to assist as back from production when primary maintenance task are complete.

Complete Metal Finishing, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is an industry leader supplying superior electro-polishing and passivation of stainless steel. We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on process equipment
• Performs facility maintenance and repairs - work involves general carpentry, servicing, repairing and installing plumbing, electrical, heating systems, etc.
• Use maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
• Maintain Maintenance logs accurately and timely
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment and performing duties
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Safely operate a variety of tools
• Willing and able to assist as back from production when primary maintenance task are complete
