Job summary

HTNA, the Jasper, Alabama location, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. The role operates on a Panama (2-2-3) schedule to balance work and life, supporting automotive-grade equipment maintenance.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing systems to keep lines running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and preventative maintenance in automated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance, responds to equipment breakdowns, identifies opportunities for equipment improvements, and supports production in minimizing downtime.
• Works closely with production personnel and management to maintain equipment reliability, production quality, and compliance with safety standards.

The Jasper, Alabama, location of HTNA is looking for a dynamic, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. Our Maintenance Team works a schedule that allows a great work and personal life balance, known as a Panama schedule ( or 2-2-3 schedule). This helps one plan personal activities and family time.
