Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment, equipment warranties and maintenance records.
• Upkeep and maintenance of the facility and production equipment.
• Coordinate with 3rd party contractors for on-site repairs and maintenance, including payments and invoices.
• Maintain and manage production equipment spare parts inventory.
• Support facility expansion projects (electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Follow blueprints and drawings to plan and layout assignments.
• Assemble and install mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment and systems.
• Assist with moving equipment/furniture as directed.
• Follow housekeeping procedures for cleanliness and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
• Evaluate malfunctions and determine when to engage external service contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment.
• Adhere to organizational priorities and standards.
• Follow workflows based on internal and external customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment, equipment warranties and maintenance records.


• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and production equipment.


• Responsible for working directly with 3rd party contractors for on-site repairs and maintenance. Including managing payments and invoices. Example: Machine Shop Contractors, Electricians, Roofers, Plumbers, HVAC, Forklift, Rigging etc.


• Responsible for maintaining and managing production equipment spare parts inventory.


• Supports general mechanical work connected with various facilities expansion projects such as, electrical, carpentry, refrigeration, HVAC.


• Follows blueprints, drawings and general instructions to plan and layout assignment.


• Assembles and installs mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment and systems such as production machinery/tools, storage racks, working stations, tanks, facility equipment and the like.


• May assist with printing and moving of equipment/furniture, as directed.


• Follows general housekeeping procedures to include; sweeping, machine and tool cleaning.


• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment and systems requiring the isolation of the malfunction, disassembly of equipment and repair/replacement of bearings, gears, structural components and the like.


• Evaluates equipment malfunctions and determines when to engage external service contractors for complex repairs beyond internal troubleshooting capabilities.


• Performs preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment and systems.


• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


• Standard work and ad hoc responsibilities as defined by organizational priorities and standards.

Qualifications
