Job summary

McCormick & Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on our production equipment. You will work under the Maintenance Team Manager and must have strong analytical and leadership skills.

The role requires at least 5 years in maintenance within a manufacturing setting, knowledge of CMMS and MS Office, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in all maintenance crafts including electrical, mechanical, welding, machine shop.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with coworkers and teams.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and be forklift certified.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and climb to heights up to 45 ft.
• Knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work across functions.
