The Opportunity

Our community is undergoing significant transition, including capital improvements and operational enhancements. As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Support renovation and capital improvement projects
• Execute high-quality, efficient unit turns
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally
• Contribute to preventative maintenance initiatives

You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the physical integrity of the property while helping elevate the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

Renovation & Project Support

• Assist with unit renovations and property upgrades
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Ensure work is completed to company quality standards

Unit Turns & Service Requests

• Complete unit turns efficiently and thoroughly
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in occupied units
• Minimize vacancy time through strong execution and attention to detail

Preventative Maintenance & Compliance

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate service records
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local, state, and company standards

Community Standards

• Help maintain curb appeal and common areas
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• Promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment

Requirements
