The Meritex Company in Indiana is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to care for Meritex Indiana buildings, performing light repairs in common areas and tenant spaces, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the Meritex Indiana buildings by performing light repair and maintenance duties for both common areas of buildings and within tenant spaces; inspecting, investigating, or assessing conditions to be performed by third party vendors; inspecting, investing or assessing conditions after all work has been completed by such vendors. This role requires a hands-on, highly skilled technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems while serving as the Owner Representative holding vendors accountable to Meritex standards, alongside the Senior Property Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in shallow bay light industrial facilities, strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades, and professionalism to interact with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
