Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hutchins, TX to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment and facilities with a focus on mechanical duties.

This is a 3rd shift position (Mon–Fri, 6pm–6am) with training on the 1st shift for 5–6 months; 1st shift is 6am–6pm. Pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The role offers weekly pay, and temp-to-hire potential, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• Familiar with LOTO practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering of parts with purchasers.
• Use a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments.
• Troubleshoot and repair valves, gauges, gaskets, belts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain records of materials, jobs, and other pertinent information.
• Perform emergency repairs and willing to work other than normal schedule hours.
• Testing instruments to repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals.
• Experience with automated packaging equipment (pneumatic, electrical, Hydraulic).

Maintenance Technician

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Maintenance Technician for a company based in Hutchins, Tx. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled mechanical duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment and facilities.

Pay Rate

$25.00

Schedule and Hours

3rd Shift

Monday through Friday, 6pm to 6am

You will be training on the 1st shift for 5 to 6 months.

1st shift 6am to 6pm

Monday to Friday

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
