Role Overview

Seeking an active, hands‑on Factory Machine Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This full‑time role offers between $18.00 and $34.00 per hour and includes working under the direction of Manufacturing Engineering. The position involves installing mechanical fixtures, updating software to optimize machine speed, and providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for specialized equipment, including injection molding machines, CNC mills and lathes, and cable shop machinery.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $50,000 – $70,719.99 per year.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with mandatory weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for machines in the following areas: injection molding machines; machine shop – grinders, borers, CNC mills, CNC lathes; cable shop – cablers, jacketing extruders, twiners, armoring; forklifts; handcarts.
• Install mechanical fixtures and update software programs to optimize machine speed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate repair logs in English.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 80 pounds and use standard hand tools.
