Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities department in the Copperfield area of Houston. This role focuses on preserving the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises, including lease spaces, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds.

You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and supervise outside service personnel and vendors as needed, while operating and maintaining building systems to ensure
