Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday


• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of production-keeping machines humming, breakdowns at bay, and safety top of mind.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, blowers, heat exchangers, and utility systems


• Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs or installations


• Ensure maximum machine utilization with minimal downtime


• Monitor and manage shop floor activities and operator compliance


• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems


• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules


• Identify, document, and monitor critical machinery and utilities


• Champion plant safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives


• Lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
