Position: Maintenance Technician – Coral Hills Apartments, Houston, TX.

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. The role also supports the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, toilets, sinks, and perform basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation related to maintenance equipment operations.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Knowledge of NSPIRE (desired).
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Pool operator experience preferred.
• Make‑ready experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely with proper equipment.
• Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background screening and drug test required.
• Normal work hours 8am–5pm Mon–Fri with occasional overtime.
