Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com, is looking for a maintenance technician in the Woodland Heights neighborhood of Houston, Texas. The maintenance position plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances, and other related duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, excellent customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns is required.

Certifications such as HVAC, CPO & EPA Universal are a plus. Availability for on-call work and flexibility to work weekends are also desirable.
