Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com is looking for a maintenance technician in the Woodland Heights neighborhood of Houston, Texas. The maintenance position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

The Maintenance Technician must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, along with excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turnovers is required.

• HVAC, CPO & EPA Universal Certification is a plus. Availability for on-call work and flexibility to work weekends when necessary is also preferred.

• Starting wage ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, based on experience.
