Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing RV service network. You’ll diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and body maintenance, using your hands-on skills and attention to detail.

One year of technician experience is preferred; college or technical trade certification is helpful. You must supply your own hand tools; a valid driver's license is preferred; safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required; relevant work experience is considered.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) for our growing team.We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified.
