Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing RV service team. The ideal candidate will bring advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will perform comprehensive diagnostic tests and repairs, document work, track parts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV service or related fields is preferred.
• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Ability to work with generator systems and body repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Track all parts and materials used; keep supervisor informed of progress.

Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified.
