Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Louisiana. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics and repairs for RV coach systems, generators and coach body work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical maintenance. We provide opportunities to certify if not already certified, and offer comprehensive benefits with full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but not required.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress and ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified.
