Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities and residential properties in Manchester, NH. This hands-on role fits someone with mechanical aptitude, maintenance experience, or exposure to a technical trade who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Responsibilities include general repairs, responding to service requests, turnovers, and preventive maintenance, with an on-call rotation and emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of maintenance, construction, facilities, or related technical experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or general repairs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8 Hour Shifts


A growing property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities and residential properties.
