Job summary

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can ensure the continuous operation and functionality of our facilities.

Pay

$22.00 per hour – based on experience and skillset.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, electrical and plumbing work, carpentry, and landscaping.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and document all work performed.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and fixtures as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to prolong equipment life and reduce repair needs.
