Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform maintenance tasks including electrical and plumbing work.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and document all work performed.
