Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Courtyard by Marriott Hammond to keep the hotel in top condition through preventive maintenance, repairs, and prompt response to guest issues.

You will perform maintenance on rooms, public areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment, respond to work orders, and coordinate vendors while upholding safety standards and Courtyard brand guidelines. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on maintenance experience (hotel preferred).
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
• Basic computer skills for work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair fixtures, furniture, and systems; paint and touch-up as needed.

• Support Courtyard standards for property condition and energy efficiency.
• Assist other departments during peaks or emergencies.
• Work flexible hours including on-call, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role
