KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Groveland, FL, to uphold the resort’s appearance and facilities. Responsibilities include routine upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, timely responses to repairs, and documenting maintenance activities.
The role requires attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to follow safety protocols. The position is on-site with varying hours and potential for on-call duties.
Our community is centrally located at 100 Falling Acorn Avenue in Groveland, FL, right in the heart of the Groveland/Clermont area. Situated just off the Florida Turnpike, we are easily accessible for commuters throughout Central Florida, ensuring an easy drive whether you're coming from Orlando, Clermont, Leesburg, or surrounding areas.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on all areas of the Resort, including its grounds, pool and spas. The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining equipment, and the ability to diagnose and complete basic property repairs. The person needs to have a pleasant personality and have an enjoyment of seeing details and the needs to residents. In addition, team member is responsible to document any violations of the community rules and guidelines.

Non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work are determined by the resort. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
